  • Football Career

    Prior to playing in the NFL, Dockett played college football with the Florida State Seminoles in the NCAA. He started in 47 games, totaling 247 tackles and 10.5 sacks, setting school records for the most tackles behind the line of scrimmage in a single game and single season.     After college, Dockett was selected 64th overall in the 2004 NFL draft by the Arizona Cardinals. He made his professional debut with the Cardinals the same year, starting 15 games and recording 39 tackles. He has since started in each regular season game with the Cardinals, including a career-high season in 2007 in which he totaled 58 tackles and nine sacks.
