Darfur Now is a documentary film about six people from around the world and their quest to educate the general public about the constant suffering of the Sudanese people. Through a variety of means, they enlist help to stop the genocide and provide aid to refugees in the Darfur region.
The Cast
- American actor Don Cheadle first learned about the Darfur genocide while he was in Africa filming Hotel Rwanda. In Darfur Now, Cheadle travels the world with actor George Clooney visiting world leaders in an attempt to enlist their help.

- Ecuadorian Pablo Recalde left his wife and children to become the Leader of the World Food Program team in West Darfur.
- Hejewa Ada joined the Darfurian rebels to bring justice and peace to Sudan after her three year old son was beaten to death in front of her eyes.
