Daredevil Comic Book

Daredevil is a comic book published by Marvel Comics. It features Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with super-powers, who fights crime as his alter ego Daredevil.

When in high school, Matt Murdock lunged in to the street and saved a blind man from an oncoming truck. In the process, Murdock lost his sight when he was hit by radioactivity that emanated from the cargo of the truck. Although he lost his ability to see, his other senses were strengthened to super-human levels and allowed him to mentally project images of his surroundings and develop a radar-like awareness.
