Danny Henderson was arrested in conjunction with the investigation into the beating and pistol-whipping of a 21-year old male Hofstra University student. According to police, Henderson was recruited by high school friend Adam Schelberg to accost the victim, a Zeta Beta Tau fraternity brother of Schelberg's. Report say the victim had begun dating Schelberg's ex-girlfriend.

Henderson is being held in prison and has failed to make bail. Schelberg is free after posting $125,000 bail.
