• Acting Career

  Danny Aiello began his acting career at age 40, with roles in such films as The Godfather: Part II, Once Upon a Time in America, The Purple Rose of Cairo, Harlem Nights, Moonstruck and Do The Right Thing. His television credits include Kojak, Tales From The Darkside and several episodes of ABC Afterschool Specials. Aiello has also performed in numerous theater productions, including his 1976 Broadway debut in Lamppost Reunion.

  Danny Aiello is also a musician and sings in several of his films, including a song with Bruce Willis in Hudson Hawk.
