Hofstra University freshman Danmell Ndonye claimed she was gang raped by several men in the bathroom of a dormitory on September 13, 2009. Ndonye's claim led to the arrests of four men, including one of Ndonye's fellow students. On the evening of September 16, 2009, authorities said Ndonye had admitted that the "sex was consensual."
