Daniel Louis Gordon survived a July 31, 2008, shooting attack on a group of swimmers in Niagara, Wisconsin. Gordon was shot and suffered what police describe as "minor injuries" during the attack. Johnson has been convicted of 10 felonies in connection with the shooting and was sentenced to life in prison. He may be eligible for parole.
