The U.S. Department of Justice is investigating the South Carolina Highway Patrol after several videos recorded by patrol car dash board cameras surfaced showing officers behaving inappropriately. Two officers were recorded hitting fleeing suspects with their vehicles, and Daniel C. Campbell was shown saying to a suspect, "You better run n***** because I'm fixin' to kill you."
