Daniel Bruehl is a German actor who has been seen in films such as 2 Days in Paris, The Bourne Ultimatum and The Countess.

Early Life

Daniel Bruehl was born in Barcelona, Spain, to a Spanish mother and German father. Bruehl grew up in Germany. He began his career as a teenager; one of his first roles was in the film Good Bye Lenin! in 2003.

Inglourious Basterds

Daniel Bruehl plays the role of Frederick Zoller in the Quentin Tarantino film Inglourious Basterds. The film is set during World War II and focuses on a group of criminals that must battle Nazis to escape to Switzerland. The film is expected to be released in 2009./Film: Quentin Tarantino's Inglorious Bastards to be Two Movies (June 19, 2008)
