Dancing with the Stars

The new cast of season 12 of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" has been revealed. Show hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke made the big announcement during a live Hollywood press conference that aired during last night's episode of ABC's "The Bachelor."

This season's ''Dancing With the Stars'' will feature 11 celebrity contestants, six men and five women, all competing to win the coveted mirror ball trophy. The season 12 cast lineup includes boxer Sugar Ray Leonard, Disney actress Chelsea Kane, rapper and actor Romeo, actor Ralph Macchio, supermodel Petra Nemcova, E! reality show star and Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward, Loveline host Mike Catherwood, talk show host Wendy Williams, WWE champ Chris Jericho and actress Kirstie Alley.

Dancing with the Stars is a reality show that airs on ABC based on the British BBC TV series "Strictly Come Dancing." The show partners celebrities with professional dancers; a pair is eliminated each week based on viewers' votes combined with judges' scores.

The show has been hosted by Tom Bergeron since the first season. His cohost for season one was Lisa Canning; E! reporter Samantha Harris replaced Canning and shared hosting duties with Bergeron until the end of the ninth season when model and Season 7 champion, Brooke Burke, became Bergeon's cohost.

The three "Dancing With the Stars" judges include Italian choreographer and TV personality Bruno Tonioli, British professional ballroom dancer and judge Len Goodman, and American dancer and choreographer Carrie Ann Inaba.http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0463398/
