October 20, 2008: Brooke Burke was practicing the Jitterbug and was taken to the hospital due to a injury of her ankle. After getting X-rays it was determined that she had major bruising. October 21, 2008: Julianne Hough was taken to the emergency room after the elimination show. She was experiencing stomach pains all through the day and after the show was seen getting into a ambulance.People: Julianne Hough Hospitalized
October 27, 2008: E! Online has reported that Julianne Hough is scheduled for appendix surgery tomorrow but will still be performing on tonight's show. What does that mean for Cody? - 11/25 Here we go! Are you ready for the season finale of DWTS? All the couples are here for the finale and will be performing a dance. We are down to three couples, Brooke and Derek seem to be the judges pick. Warren and Kym are the crowd favorite, does that mean Lance and Lacey will win? Who do you want to walk away with that mirrored ball trophy? Tonight's musical guests include Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys. Lets get started! Good luck to all the contestants.
- First performing tonight is Alicia Keys. She is singing her song "I Need You."
- Jeffrey Ross & Edyta Sliwinska are the first of the couples to dance tonight. They are dancing the Quickstep.
- Next is Ted McGinley & Inna Brayer. They are dancing the Foxtrot.
- Next is Kim Kardashian & Mark Ballas Jr. They are dancing the Rumba.
- Next is Rocco DiSpirito & Karina Smirnoff. They are dancing the Mambo.
- Toni Braxton is here this evening but can not dance due to having minor surgery earlier in the week.
