  • Dana Rohrabacher is the Republican Congressman of California's 46th congressional district. He has been a member of the United States House of Representatives since 1989. Rohrabacher won against Democratic candidate Debbie Cook, Libertarian candidate Ernie Gasteiger and Green candidate Tom Lash in the 2008 Elections.

    On January 30, 2009, the "phony" Institute for Human Continuity commended Rohrabacher for introducing HR 4917 or the "NEO (Near Earth Objects) Preparedness Act" to congress. The act proposed the implementation of an Office of Potentially Hazardous Near-Earth Object Preparedness.
