Daisy de la Hoya is a reality show star who first appeared on Rock of Love 2 with Poison frontman Brett Michaels. On April 26, 2009, her reality dating show Daisy of Love premiered on VH1 with Riki Rachtman as the host.
De La Hoya was reportedly rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on May 7, 2009, as a result of a "possible overdose." TMZ reports that when paramedics responded to the 911 call, they found De La Hoya "acting crazy, yelling, screaming and thrashing around." A professional shot posted on De La Hoya's MySpace depicted her in black lace lingerie sitting on a tile floor holding her middle finger to her lips and wielding a Jack Daniels bottle with the other hand. In front of her was a scattering of shell casings along with a broken mirror containing several lines of a white powder that was supposed to look like cocaine.
