Cuttino Mobley is a retired NBA shooting guard. On November 21, 2008, Mobley was traded from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Knicks. Mobley was traded with power forward Tim Thomas for power forward Zach Randolph and shooting guard Mardy Collins. Early Life
Cuttino Rashawn Mobley was born in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania on September 1, 1975. He would attend Cardinal Dougherty High School adn Maine Central Institute. He would move on to attend the University of Rhode Island. He would help the Rams reach the Elite Eight in the NCAA Basketball Tournament in 1998.Pro Career
Mobley would be selected with the 41st pick in the 1998 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets. He would develop into an excellent shooting guard for six years with the team. He would form a formidable backcourt with Steve Francis for the Rockets. In 2004, both Mobley and Francis would be traded to the Orlando Magic for Tracy McGrady. He would then be traded again that season to the Sacramento Kings for Doug Christie. In 2005, he would sign a five year deal with the Los Angeles Clippers.
