Buyers are able to download immediately or bid on content, which sellers can accept, decline or submit an offer to the buyer. Cutcaster is currently in beta, they are working on improvements to the site including improving the upload function. It is free to use, search, upload and store digital photos and videos, sellers receive 50% of the sale price for their items.
