    Prior to playing in the NFL, Deloatch played college football with the North Carolina A&T Aggies. He played at both cornerback and safety, recording 68 tackles, 10 interceptions, 29 passes defended and one blocked kick to earn Division I-AA All-American honors.   • NFL Career

    Deloath entered the NFL by signing as a free agent with the New York Giants in 2004. He made his professional debut that same year, playing all 16 games over two seasons with the Giants. In 2006, Deloatch was waived and picked up by the New Orleans Saints. He joined the Saints for only seven games after he was sidelined with a hamstring injury. After the season Deloatch signed as a free agent with the Carolina Panthers.
