  • The Cupuacu Tree and Fruit

    Cupuacu trees can grow to be as high as 65 feet tall while the tree's leaves can be as long as 35 centimeters. The leaves eventually will bear the cupuacu fruit when the leaves turn from pink to green. The cupuacu fruit grows to be brown with a fuzzy exterior and can grow to weigh as much as four pounds each. The fruit also has it's own unique smell.
