Crystallynn Girard was found dead in 1993. Her mother, Lynn DeJac, was convicted of strangling her. Her mother maintains that her daughter was killed by Dennis Donahue, but prosecutors have concluded that Crystallynn died of an accidental cocaine overdose, and no murder was committed. Lynn has been freed from prison, and all charges will be dismissed.
