Louisa Tuck, a part-time teacher's aide at D'Ippolito Elementary School in New Jersey, was reportedly a porn actress at one time who used the alias "Crystal Gunns." Tuck resigned from her position as elementary school cafeteria worker and playground monitor, on December 12, 2008. Since her past was revealed in November there has been much and legal uproar because many parents wanted her fired. Frank DiDomenico, an associate solicitor for the school board, issued a statement, which read, "It's a constitutional privilege of free expression. She's employed by the school district, but that doesn't take away her constitutional rights.
