Crystal Defanti is a teacher at Jackson Elementary School in Sacramento, California, who created a DVD for her students which was sent to their homes. She added photos and videos of the class during the year. The video also included a segment of pornography. Defanti contends that the edit was accidental and she reportedly called the home of one family, told them about the mistake and asked them to tell other parents not to show the video to their children.
