In Sacramento, California, a Jackson Elementary School teacher, Crystal Defanti, created a DVD of memories and photos for her fifth grade students. After she sent it home, the teacher realized that she made an accidental edit in the tape. The edit included homemade pornography of herself with an unidentified man.
Upon realizing her mistake, Defanti called the parents in her grade requesting the tape back.
