Crystal Chappell is an American television actress. She is best known for her role of Olivia Spencer Lewis on the soap opera Guiding Light.

Early Life
Despite performing in high school plays and winning a drama scholarship, Chappell attended Coast Carolina College to study computer science. She then attended the University of South Carolina where she majored in journalism. Chappell got the acting bug again in college when she won the lead role in Beauty and the Beast. That convinced her to enroll in an acting program. -
The Soap Star
Chappell got her first television acting role in 1989 on the soap opera All My Children. She has also played on Santa Barbara and Days of Our Lives. She's made appearances on prime time television in roles on Silk Stalkings, Burke's Law and Walker, Texas Ranger. -

Chappell has won several Daytime Emmy Awards for outstanding leading actress in a drama series and outstanding supporting actress in a drama series. In 1993, she won a Soap Opera Digest Awards|Soap Opera Digest Award for hottest female star for her role on Days of Our Lives. -
