Eye of the Storm is the 16th mission of Crysis 2. For this walkthrough, players will storm Lockhart's (and Hagreave's) base on Roosevelt island. The mission is significant for providing the player with many routes for completing each objective, as you will once again face human enemies, and not be forced to simply kill everything.

1. Head towards the island with the lighthouse.
2. Activate your cloak as suggested. Since you will be fighting human enemies here, cloaking pest enemies will once again before a very viable tactic, and cloak mode in general will be much more useful.
3. Head towards the objective. 
4. When you get to the objective building, head up to the higher floors through the hole in the ceiling on the right side of the first floor.
5. Head down into flooded basement area, towards the objective.
6. Jump up to the second floor landing on the left, and then the higher landing on the right.
7. Drop down and head through the next hallway towards the objective.
8. When you come into the opening where you can see the power station below, decide what you want to do. As usual, multiple approaches are possible with multiple strategies (brute force, stealth, combined, etc). Use the visor tactical options to help if desired.
9. Set out towards the objective. It is inside a building on the right side of the power station compound.
10. A nice approach point for the building is to go around the right edge of the area. There won't be many soldiers and it will be easier for you to recharge and move out of cloak.
11. Note: the only entrance to the objective building is on the ground floor, so don't waste your time on the second level and the roof.
12. Use the elevator inside the building, at the objective location.
13. Head out towards the new objective. Stealth killing is super effective here as the soldiers are spread out thin in isolated rooms.
14. When you step into the power room, you will need to perform a power slide to get through the electricity as suggested. To do so, spring from the beginning of the room and press C when you get about a third of the way to the other end.
15. Pull the power switch.
16. Use nanovision and get out of the building, the same way you came in.
17. Proceed out of the power station, towards the new objective location.
18. Crouch under the door. Watch out for the 2 soldiers ahead.
19. Go into the opened garage door to the left after the EMP, and resupply. Take out the soldiers running in, and then proceed to stealth (or fight your way) past the soldiers inside the facility.
20. Head towards the new objective. You won't be able to enter the protected building from anywhere except the right side.
21. When you seemingly come to a dead end on the second floor, turn on Armor mode and smash open the black door with your melee attack.
22. Pick up Lockhart's weapon after you kill him. It's a new and powerful gun, which can one shot soldiers.
23. Head back out of the room, down the stairs, towards the new objective. As usual, decide what to do with the soldiers in your way.
24. Note: watch out for the grenade launcher soldier. Grenades can kill you fast even with Armode mode.
25. Lift open the objective door and head inside.
