Crockpot Chili Recipe
- 2 - 16 once cans kidney beans (drained)
- 2 - 14 once cans tomatoes (diced) (fresh can be used)
- 2 pounds ground beef (cooked until brown)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 1 Red pepper (diced)
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
- tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup jalapenos (diced)
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco or to taste
- 1 and 1/2 cups of raw pinto beans

Directions
- Cover raw pinto beans in water and soak overnight.
- The next morning, add pinto beans to a pot and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 90 minutes.
- Add all ingredients into a Crockpot and set on high for the first hour.
- Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 5 to 6 hours.
- Serve with sourdough bread
