This page shows you how to score 80,000 and over at Crazy Taxi, a racing game that is now on Facebook. The game was originally a console game and many people still play it on Sega Dreamcast and Sony Playstation 2. This page has lots of tricks, tips, and videos to help you get a mad high score.
In Crazy Taxi, you pick up customers and take them where they want to go within a time limit. While you are driving these people, you are supposed to cause as much damage as possible or complete whatever task the game wants you to complete. Damage is created by running over things, hitting fence posts, newspaper stands, telephone poles and driving on stairs, dragging the back wheels by doing donuts -- all kinds of crazy driving.
Crazy Taxi is part of the greatest hits for the PlayStation 2 and part of the Sega All Stars for the Sega Dreamcast.
The Story Behind Crazy Taxi
The storyline is based in California and allegedly the city of San Francisco since Sega's headquarters were in San Francisco. There are two different levels in the game, and you have a choice between four different taxi drivers. Each of these taxi drivers have their own skills, such as the best speed or the best controls. The purpose is to gain as much money as possible by doing in game stunts. Depending on the speed that the person in the cab gets to their destination, they will give you a rating of "speedy", "normal", or "slow".
Crazy Taxi Gameplay
There are three different conditions that you can play under. These conditions are: "three minute", "five minute" and "arcade rules". On the timed games, you drive around the city for the set amount of time earning as many points and money as possible. After the time period pasts, the game is over. However, the time period can be extended based on the rating you receive from the person you are transporting. Eventually, the number of good customers runs out and the game eventually ends.
How to Make Crazy Money on Crazy Taxi
Smame shows you how it is done! The way he puts it, he went loco with 4 customers. He made more than $80,000.00 in this session. At one point, you can't keep track of the money numbers, they are flying up so fast. He does this mostly by dragging the trailer sideways with 4 customers in it. He also knocks many objects over.
