Melissa and Jackson Brandts of Minnesota set up a tripod to take a picture of themselves at Lake Minnewanka. Between the time they set up the camera and posed for the photo, a squirrel got between them and the camera. The photo of the squirrel was submitted to a National Geographic contest in August 2009. It quickly became known as the "Crasher Squirrel" photo.
