Cranberry Bread

Cranberry bread is a popular holiday quick bread made with fresh or frozen cranberries, baking soda, sugar, eggs, flour and spices. It is associated with the holidays because cranberry harvest time is in autumn, immediately before Thanksgiving and Christmas.
