Craig Stebic is a former private investigator whose wife disappeared in April 2007. Stebic was named by police as a person of interest in his wife's disappearance, although no charges have ever been made against him. It was at his house that news reporter Amy Jacobson was video taped in her bikini, which later resulted in her getting fired.
Videotape Controversy
A tape of reporter Amy Jacobson swimming in Stebic's pool aired on WBBM TV on July 6, 2007. Jacobson lost her job at another TV station as a result of the tape and has sued WBBM for defamation.
