College Career Highlights
Hansen attended St. John's University for three seasons. He was named the 2005 Big East Pitcher of the Year and was honored as a First-Team All-Big East selection. Craig Hansen played for the Red Sox in the 2005-2006 season. He didn't play with the Boston Red Sox in 2007 due to suffering from severe sleep apnea and instead spent his entire season with the Triple-A Pawtucket Red Sox.
