Craig Breslow is a Major League Baseball pitcher. He was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2002, and has spent time with the San Diego Padres, the Boston Red Sox and the Cleveland Indians organizations. Breslow was claimed off waivers in 2008 by the Minnesota Twins.

Breslow's sister, Lesley, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer when he was 12.
