Plot Synopsis

The time is 1873, the setting: a western town called Absolution, Arizona. The town is not very welcoming to strangers, and the town's citizens live in constant fear of the "iron-fisted" Colonel Dolarhyde, played by Harrison Ford. Dolarhyde runs the town by not allowing anyone to make a move without being ordered to do so, making the situation dire when a stranger with no memory suddenly appears in town. Daniel Craig plays Jake Lonergan, the lone cowboy and gunslinger who arrives in the town with no memory of his past, and only a shackle on his wrist to shed any light. Aided by an elusive traveler named Ella, who is brought to life by actress Olivia Wilde, Lonergan slowly begins to remember who he is and where he came from, just in time to help the town of Absolution when it is attacked by an alien spaceship.http://www.cowboysandaliensmovie.com/

As the film unfolds, Lonergan must join forces with Dolarhyde and his posse, townsfolk, and Apache warriors, putting their differences aside in order to battle the foreign invaders.
