Courtney Love was robbed of a $100,000 pair of diamond earrings she was going to give her daughter Francis Bean for Christmas.
The jewelry was taken from her "Four Seasons" hotel room in New York the end of December 2007.
The earrings were said to have been returned to the room shortly after they were taken.
