Preset Instruments in Magic GarageBand

You can change the effects and settings for all of the preset instruments that Magic GarageBand provides for your song. This will change the way the song sounds without changing the melody or rhythm.

Select an Instrument

Select the preset instrument that you want to adjust. The instrument's setting information will be displayed in the bottom left side of the window. This contains the other effects that you can choose from.

Change the Settings

Select the sound effect that you want to use. After GarageBand has loaded the change, your instrument will now play its part of the song with the new effect.
