You can use the pitch editor to make your audio region's modulation lower or higher. Use this effect on a recorded track, such as a voice recording that you did with a microphone.

Step 1: Select Audio Region

Select the recorded audio region that you want to adjust. Once it's selected, make sure the track editor window is open.

You can open the track editor window by clicking the Track Editor button that is in the bottom left corner next to the Add Track button.

Step 2: Adjust Pitch Slider

The pitch slider is at the top of the track editing options. Slide it up to raise the audio to a higher pitch and slide it down to lower the pitch. It has a sensitive modulation so moving the slider only a small amount will create an effect on the audio.
