Welcome to Mahalo's How to Draw Course!
In the following series of videos, you'll learn all the basics of how to draw characters, locations, interactions and much more. The course covers not just how to draw objects but how to develop strong drawing skills you can use to create your own masterpiece.
Follow along as Mahalo's drawing expert, Ken O'Brien, explains the basic elements of drawing. You'll first discover the key techniques to master, such as drawing lines, circles and squares. From there you'll learn about character breakdowns, which render each character in the simplest form possible composed of basic shapes. You'll also see how to add customized expressions, put characters into different positions and interact with other characters.
If you're serious about drawing, make sure to practice the basic techniques explained each video for a couple of hours every day. The key to drawing like a pro is practice, practice, practice!
