- Butter
- Flour
- Sugar
- Salt
- Milk
- Corn, fresh or canned kernels
- Eggs

How to Make Corn Pudding
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Melt 3/4 of the butter in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add the flour, sugar and salt to the melted butter, stirring constantly.
- Slowly stir in the milk. Cook for five minutes, stirring constantly.
- Melt the remaining butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the corn to the melted butter and cook for four to five minutes.
- Beat the eggs in a medium bowl, then add the milk mixture.
- Combine the milk mixture with the corn in a large casserole dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool briefly, serve and enjoy!
