Jason Rae, saxophonist and husband of British soul singer Corinne Bailey Rae, was found dead in the couple's Leeds, England apartment on March 22, 2008 from a suspected drug overdose.
A 32-year-old man, suspected to have supplied Rae with a controlled substance, was arrested in connection with the case.
