The film revolves around supernatural expert John Constantine and his attempt to help Angela Dodson solve the mystery of her twin sister's suicide. Adhering closely to the spirit of the comic series, the film blends many supernatural elements—including both Judeo-Christian and pagan mysticism—into the plot.
