Conseco Fieldhouse is a multi-purpose arena located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The arena is used for sporting events, conventions and concerts. The venue is the home arena for the Indiana Pacers National Basketball Association team and the Indiana Fever WNBA team. The Indiana Ice hockey team also holds games at the facility. Arena History and Seating
After Conseco Fieldhouse opened in 1999, it welcomed the Indiana Pacers professional basketball team, who moved from Market Square Arena. The Indiana Fever of the WNBA later joined as a permanent resident of the venue. Conseco Fieldhouse Changeover
The versatility of the multi-purpose arena is shown in a time-lapse clip from one weekend at Conseco Fieldhouse. After the Indiana Pacers played a home game, the arena was set up to host a sand volleyball tournament the next evening. After the volleyball tournament ended, the arena crew replaced the basketball court so the Pacers could play again.
