Connie Britton

Connie Britton plays Tami Taylor on the NBC drama Friday Night Lights. Born in Massachusetts, Britton started her career in acting on stage at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City.

Raised in Virginia, Connie Britton moved to New York City after graduating from Dartmouth College. in New York she studied acting, mostly on stage, at the Neighborhood Studio. She later was casted in the Edward Burns movie The Brothers McMullen in 1995. Britton can be seen in such projects as: Spin City, 24 and Ellen.
