Computer speakers are used to transmit sounds from a computer. They are normally simplified stereo speakers, having such standard features as volume, bass and treble dials, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a green LED power indicator. Some computers and most laptop computers have integrated speakers. There are different varieties of computer speakers, some very high-quality for users that like clear, concise media and some are a lower-quality for users that just need simple, inexpensive speakers. When purchasing a computer, a pair of simple speakers are normally included. Higher quality speakers come with equalization features for bass and treble. Computer speakers can connect to the computer in a number of ways, including plug and socket, prong or USB.
