  • Gameplay

    Command and Conquer is one of the most recognized video games on the market. It has set the standard for real-time strategy games since it's debut in the early 1990's. Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars is the third installment in the Command and Conquer series. It takes place seventeen years after Tiberian Sun Firestorm and you have to wage war against the Brotherhood of Nod and regain control of the Earth.

  • GDI Prologue

    • Mission One: North Carolina Badlands
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Determine the status of the GDI Outpost
      • Build a Barracks and 3 GDI Riflemen Squads
      • Build a Power Plant
      • Repair the Command Post
      • Eliminate the Nod Outpost
      • Repair the Bridge
      • Build an Airfield
      • Destroy the Nod Barracks, War Factory, and Construction Yard

    1. Begin with two riflemen squads at heroic status.
    2. Move both squads up to the east.
    3. Take out the Nod soldiers in the middle of the GDI base to acquire control.
    4. Build a barracks.
    5. Queue up half a dozen more riflemen squads.
    6. Follow the in-game instructions.
    7. Select the Support Structure Tab, click on a Watchtower and set it down to complete the bonus objective.
    8. Unlock some missile launchers.
    9. Proceed east to the Nod base.
    10. Destroy the two structures highlighted in yellow to receive two engineers.
    11. Send one of the engineers enter the bridge structure and repair it.
    12. Send the other to capture some Nod buildings.
    13. When you get the bonus objective to sell the captured Nod building, hit Z and click on it to complete the sale.
    14. Build a group of missile launchers.
    15. Position the launchers at the base of the bridge for protection.
    16. Send an engineer to capture the Tiberium spike.
    17. Move up a few riflemen.
    18. Send the riflemen towards the Nod vehicles.
    19. NOTE: The riflemen will be killed almost immediately, but this opens up the option to build airfields back at your base.
    20. Build two airbases and fill them with Orcas.
    21. Fly the Orcas over the main Nod base.
    22. When they are shot down, the satellite weapon is unlocked.
    23. Aim the satellite weapon at the main base. Take out the main base to successfully complete the mission.

  • Act I - America

    • Mission One: The Pentagon
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Bring the Pentagon’s defensive power system online
      • Capture the Pentagon with an Engineer
      • Garrison each of the four Guard Towers
      • Eliminate the Nod Central HQ
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • Eliminate the small Nod base to the north
      • Take back the city by clearing 4 garrisoned buildings
    •  
    1. Move your riflemen to the east.
    2. Clear out the Nod attacking the power supplies and the Pentagon.
    3. Move your engineers into the power generators.
    4. Garrison your soldiers into one of the four towers guarding the northwestern side of the Pentagon perimeter.
    5. Move any engineers and riflemen outside the Pentagon into the towers as well. If you don't have sufficient men to fill all four towers, focus on filling the middle two.
    6. Wait for the APC reinforcements and grenadiers to arrive from the south.
    7. Move one of the APCs across the three yellow crates on the northern side of the base to up it to hero status.
    8. Select one of your grenadiers and right click on the APC to move it inside the APC.
    9. Move the APC near one of the occupied buildings to have the grenadiers begin firing.
    10. Repeat this process to clear out each of the occupied buildings.
    11. Next begin destroying the small Nod base to the north.
    12. Move your APCs towards the base.
    13. Take out the soldiers surrounding the base.
    14. Shell the barracks.
    15. Once you have a group of APCs full of grenadiers and riflemen, head west.
    16. Approach the Nod base from the small park to its south.
    17. Make your way through the base.
    18. Have your troops launch grenades at the buildings highlighted in yellow.
    19. Keep at it until you have won the base.

    • Mission Two: Langley Air Force Base
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Eliminate the Nod forces attacking the GDI base
      • Reclaim the GDI Airfields to the northeast
      • Destroy the Nod base to the northwest
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • Rescue all 4 Snipers from Bravo Team
      • Recapture the Tiberium Refinery in the city
    1. Move your troops into the city.
    2. Clear out the troops that are assaulting the base.
    3. Once the base is cleared out, build up some more riflemen and missile squads.
    4. Position the riflemen and missile squads to defend the northwest side of the base.
    5. Prepare for infantry assaults as well as air attacks.
    6. Repair all the buildings.
    7. Set up a defensive perimeter.
    8. Use grenadiers to destroy the Nod in the buildings near the base.
    9. TIP: Be sure to protect your snipers as you cannot build any more of them.
    10. Use the snipers to spot for artillery and take out any turrets and turret control structures.
    11. Continue moving west.
    12. Take note of the two larger buildings with a smaller office building to the north.
    13. Equip each building with two riflemen and a missile squad for protection.
    14. Move a set of riflemen and missile squads in APCs to the northern airbases.
    15. Defend the airfields with these soldiers against enemy units and anti-air motorcycles.
    16. Use the Orcas to clear out the turrets on the perimeter of the Nod base.
    17. Destroy their barracks and vehicle structure.
    18. Move an engineer and multiple grenade units in APCs to the southwest corner of the map.
    19. Rescue the snipers.
    20. Capture the refinery to finish up the bonus objectives.
    21. Use the Orcas to take out the enemy base.
    •  
    • Mission Three: Hampton Roads
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Destroy the Nod operations center
      • Destroy the bombers harrassing the battleships
      • Destroy the Nod production facilities
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • Complete the mission using only Commandos
    1. Take control of the commando, an elite anti-infantry and anti-structure unit.
    2. Proceed up to the northern operations center.
    3. Bomb the operation center.
    4. Make your way to the bomber hangar tower.
    5. Bomb the hangar tower.
    6. TIP: Do not select or use the reinforcements that are supplied if you are going for the bonus objective.
    7. Sweep the commando into the enemy encampment to the west.
    8. Destroy the targeted buildings with the Commando explosives.
    9. Locate the crates to upgrade his level to hero.
    10. The mission is completed once all of the targeted buildings are destroyed and their inhabitants are dead.

    • Mission Four: The White House
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Destroy the Nod air defenses
      • Use your Firehawk Airstrike power on Nod’s Artillery outposts
      • Destroy the surrounding Nod base to reclaim the White House
      • Destroy the Disruption Towers around the Nod base
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • Suppress the Nod infantry advances by placing snipers in the designated buildings
      • Destroy Nod’s power plants
      • Destroy the Nod Secret Shrine
    1. Take your missile squads to fire on the designated buildings.
    2. TIP: Do not get too close to the center of the enemy base.
    3. Destroy the anti-air turrets with the Firehawk Airstrike power.
    4. Deploy the base structure that is airdropped in.
    5. Build your base.
    6. Clear out any populated buildings to the east and west with grenadiers.
    7. Position your snipers in the two designated buildings.
    8. Continue to build up your forces while the snipers take care of the attacking infantry.
    9. Build six Predator tanks to take care of the Nod forces that come in from the north.
    10. Take a mixed group of ten APCs loaded with grenadiers and missile squads.
    11. Continue north from the southwestern corner of the map.
    12. Destroy any garrisoned buildings along the way.
    13. Take out any Nod vehicles that begin a counterattack.
    14. Continue north to the power plants and destroy them.
    15. Proceed to the northeastern corner of the map.
    16. Locate and destroy the Nod Secret Shrine that is used to build their flying anti-infantry units (Shadow Teams).
    17. Build up a large force of equipped APCs and Predator tanks.
    18. Head into the Nod base from the south.
    19. Decimate it to win the map and end the mission.

  • Act II - Egypt

    • Mission One: Casabad
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Secure the Barracks by defeating the nearby Nod
      • Destroy the Weapons Research Lab
      • Destroy the Nod War Factories
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • Capture all three Tiberium Spikes
      • Destroy the Nod Outpost
    1. Use your rifleman to destroy the Nod near the barracks to the north.
    2. Capture the Tiberium Spike at the center of the base.
    3. Build an engineer.
    4. Send the engineer towards the Spike to the north.
    5. Invest resources in some more Zone Troopers.
    6. Get another few missile soldiers for anti-air support.
    7. Head to the Armory to research upgrades.
    8. Continue to defend against enemy attacks while you build your forces.
    9. Send an engineer southeast to the third Spike.
    10. Capture the Spike.
    11. Build up a large force of 15 units of Zone Troopers and Missile Soldiers.
    12. Destroy the Nod outpost near the third Spike.
    13. Move north and take out the Weapons Research Lab and War Factories to complete the mission.

    • Mission Two: Alexandria
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Destroy all Nod loading dock cranes
      • Destroy all Nod Port Authority buildings
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • Destroy all Nod ships docked at the port
      • Capture the EMP Control Center in the city
      • Deploy a Surveyor at the northern Tiberium Field
    1. Begin Mission 2 by building a base of operations.
    2. Construct a harvester whenever you build a War Factory.
    3. Protect your base by building a Tech Center to construct more Mammoth tanks and gailguns.
    4. Initially keep half a dozen Predators and a few Zone troopers to defend against the light assaults at the beginning.
    5. Have your riflement dig in near the perimeter to make some bunkers for your missile squads.
    6. Once you have developed ample forces, expand your base to the north.
    7. Build a Surveyor in the support tab of the main construction base.
    8. Send it northwest towards teh Tiberium field.
    9. Unpack to the west of the field.
    10. Build another refinery and War Factory there too.
    11. Once the War Factory is built, move your vehicles near the Tiberium to block enemy attacks.
    12. With each enemy attack block, tanks will gain experience until they achieve Hero status and are able to regenerate themselves.
    13. Be sure to return Mammoths to the War Factory for repairs as needed.
    14. Load up some APCs with grenadiers and some engineers.
    15. Have some Predators escort them to the southeastern corner of the map to capture the EMP projector.
    16. Use grenadiers to clear buildings.
    17. Have an enginner go into the EMP projector to capture it.
    18. When fired, the projector can disable tanks and buildings for several seconds at a time.
    19. Build a fleet of eight Orcas and head north to the docks.
    20. Take out the missile squads first.
    21. Reload and repaid the Orcas.
    22. Sweep through the cranes and ships to take them out.
    23. Continue forward once they are taken out.
    24. Sweep into the enemy base with ten of your Mammoths to destroy everything.
    25. Focus on the turrets first.
    26. Finish up by taking out the buildings.
    •  
    • Mission Three: Cairo
    •  
    • Primary Objectives
      • Destroy the Nod nuke facility
      • Destroy the Nod compound headquarters
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives
      • Capture or destroy the Nod power plants
      • Destroy all Nod structures
    •  
    1. NOTE: For this mission, you are on a 7-minute timer to complete the mission before the Nod forces launch a nuclear weapon.
    2. Build a War Factory.
    3. Have it make another Harvester to increase cash income.
    4. Build some APCs with missile launchers and riflemen squads to defend the base.
    5. Build a Tech Center and Armory.
    6. Build ten Zone Troopers and upgrade them.
    7. Move the Zone Troopers to the western side of the map.
    8. Have them jump the wall protecting the Nod compound and take out the turrets.
    9. Move the Zone Troopers around the Nod base to take out the three green power supplies on the north side of the base to take the nuclear facility offline.
    10. NOTE: This stops the launch countdown.
    11. Take out all of the buildings.
    12. Leave some troopers behind near the power supplies to prevent the Nod forces from launching nuclear attacks in the future.
    13. Move the remaining troopers to the southeast main building structures.
    14. Finish off the base with Troopers and Mammoths from the south.
    15. Be sure all of the structures are destroyed to earn the bonus.

  • Act III - Eastern Europe

    •  
    • Mission One: Croatia
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Secure this GDI base until reinforcements arrive
      • Send aid to the reinforcement team ambushed in the city
      • Destroy the southwest Nod base
      • Destroy the northeast Nod base
      • Destroy the southeast Nod base
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • All base defenses survive until the reinforcement team arrives
    1. Start with a small base, little cash and insufficient power.
    2. Your focus at the beginning is to survive while keeping all of your surrounding turrets operational.
    3. Dig in to protect from enemy attack.
    4. Build another Harvester.
    5. Begin repairing the turrets around your base and reactivating the turrets around your base.
    6. Use the X button to quickly shut down or restore power to individual turrets.
    7. Use the C button to quickly repair turrets and buildings.
    8. Get ready to face off against vehicle assaults from the north and east and infantry assaults from the south and west, as well as sporadic aerial assaults.
    9. Build a few more Riflemen squads.
    10. Use their Dig In abilities to move them into bunkers near the entrances to the base on the southwest sides.
    11. Do not block the entrances with bunkers.
    12. Continue to periodically build RIflemen to prevent the Nod from accessing the base and replace those who have taken damage.
    13. Build Predator tanks and send them back to the War Factory for repair as needed.
    14. Watch your unit health with the CTRL and tilde keys.
    15. Keep your Predators just behind the turrets to avoid damage.
    16. Shoot for four or five Predators at each opening.
    17. Power up the anti-air turrets when you have aerial problems.
    18. Build and group some Bulldogs to move them around when you spot a new plane.
    19. Once the MCV appears tot he west, head there to destroy the turret that is preventing its movement.
    20. Escort the MCV back to camp.
    21. Keep plenty of soldiers in the buildings between the bridges and the MCV to protect you as you move back south.
    22. Build a fleet of around ten APCs.
    23. Load most of them up with missile squads to act as your anti-building units while you march.
    24. Fill any remaining APCs with riflemen.
    25. Build up as many riflemen squads as you can afford.
    26. Keep building more of them as you move your APCs and the existing riflemen across the bridge to the southwest of your base.
    27. Fill as many of the buildings as you can with the riflemen to fire on any enemy infantry that come your way, as well as prevent the enemy infantry from garrisoning the buildings.
    28. As soon as you have enough of the buildings along the route to the MCV lined with riflemen, move your APCs up to the north and start rocketing the garrisonned buildings there.
    29. Destroy the turrets that were firing on the MCV, and you’ll gain control of the MCV and its escort vehicles.
    30. Focus on returning back to base with the MCV.
    31. NOTE: Remember that you receive a bonus if it is returned unharmed. If you managed to plant enough of the buildings along the route here with riflemen, then you should be able to accomplish this, but if you’re running low on APCs with riflemen in there, you may want to build a couple more back in the base and use them to escort the MCV.
    32. Slowly move the MCV along the road by the river.
    33. Once you return to base, expand the MCV inside the walls of the southwestern corner.
    34. Rapidly scale up the tech tree.
    35. Build a Tech Center to equip all of your Predators with railguns, and build Mammoths and Zone Troopers.
    36. TIP: Your harvesters will be the weak link in your supply chain. Return them to the War Factory if they are hurt. Always keep two available. You will not be able to win the game without them.
    37. Once the situation is stable, switch as many of your riflement in the bunkers into APCs.
    38. Build a commando and place him in an APC as well.
    39. Decoy the bombers with an anti-air turret in the southeastern corner of the base.
    40. Repair the turret as needed.
    41. Build another to increase protection.
    42. Start building Mammoths to protect the base.
    43. Always leave a Mammoth and some Predators in the opposite side of the base from where you are attacking.
    44. Once this is done, attack the air bases to the southeast.
    45. Build a large number ot Zone Troopers and have them jump onto the plateau.
    46. Move the Predator tanks into the zone to the east of your base.
    47. Build 15 Pitbulls to escort them.
    48. Once you have 15 Pitbulls and 15 anti-air units, move to the plateau and head into the base.
    49. Take out the anti-air turrets first.
    50. Use the Pitbulls to destroy any planes that come your way.
    51. Have the Predators start taking out the ground units and buildings.
    52. Target the two hangars when the anti-air turrets are out.
    53. Next focus on the infantry base to the southwest.
    54. Take all of your remaining tanks into the zone and finish it off.

    • Mission Two: Albania
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Clear Nod border defenses
      • Infiltrate Nod supply depot
      • Eliminate Nod rocket bunkers
      • Capture east ridge Reinforcement Bay
      • Destroy Nod supply depot
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • Survive the Nod assault unharmed
      • Capture Airfield Reinforcement Bay
      • Capture motorpool Reinforcement Bay
      • Arm a Firehawk with a missile and shoot down a Nod Venom
    1. Start with a small group of grenadiers and riflemen.
    2. Be careful not to lose a full unit of soldiers or you will lose the bonus objective.
    3. Move up.
    4. Have your grenadiers take out the turret control system.
    5. Have your riflemen take out the militia
    6. Destroy the Hand of Nod and the power supply.
    7. Move off to the west a bit and deploy your Battle Base.
    8. Take your vehicles off to the west.
    9. Take out any enemy vehicles and the construction yard that they’ve set up.
    10. Destroy the anti-air turrets to receive the loadout of four Engineers and some missile squads.
    11. Repair the bridge.
    12. Wait for the enemy counterattack.
    13. Take them out while keeping your vehicles near the Battle Base for repairs.
    14. Load up your remaining Engineers into APCs.
    15. Head north.
    16. Destroy the turrets by the bridge.
    17. Move the Battle Base up there.
    18. Deploy it for quick repairs.
    19. Have your Riflemen dig In nearby.
    20. Once all vehicles are repaired, group the APCs and Predators together, the Pitbulls in another group and the Battle Base into a third.
    21. Pack up the Battle Base and move it with the rest of your vehicles, up the northeastern road towards the east ridge reinforcement bay.
    22. Fight off the minor vehicle attacks.
    23. Move the vehicles up the ramp near the reinforcement bay.
    24. Gollow it up with the Battle Base.
    25. Tpair your vehicles.
    26. Move them towards the turret control center nearby.
    27. Destroy the turret control center and the Hand of Nod building.
    28. Capture the reinforcement bay.
    29. Plant your Battle Base closer to it to protect it.
    30. Move the Mammoth from the reinforcement bay to a position where it can protect the Battle Base from damage.
    31. Use two of the Firehawk jets to shoot down the enemy gunships.
    32. Use the remainder for bombing runs in teams of two.
    33. Start with the factory to the north.
    34. Proceed to the air hangars to the west.
    35. Finish off the factories and power supplies in the middle of the zone.
    36. Capture the remaining reinforcement bays.
    37. Finish off the stand-alone units in the storage depot to complete the mission.

    • Mission Three: Sarajevo
    •  
    • Primary Objectives:
      • Destroy Ion Disruption Field Generator 1
      • Destroy Ion Disruption Field Generator 2
      • Destroy Ion Disruption Field Generator 3
      • Build an Ion Cannon control center
      • Destroy Temple Prime with the Ion Cannon
    •  
    • Bonus Objectives:
      • Capture Nod’s science ministry building
      • Capture the Mutant Hovel
      • Capture Liquid Tiberium Factory
      • Destroy an Avatar with the Commando
    1. Move your MVC from the corner of the screen.
    2. Deploy it.
    3. Deploy the Rig into a Battle Base.
    4. Use it to provide repairs for your tanks.
    5. Begin with building a power generator.
    6. Build a refinery and war factory next to each other.
    7. The harvesters can then go in for repair as they drop off their goods.
    8. Build another harvester.
    9. Build additional APC/Riflemen combos.
    10. Plan for enemy infantry to be arriving from the north and vehicles to come in from the south.
    11. Once the tech tree is finished, build a squad of four Bulldogs.
    12. Have them run in on a suicide mission to the interior of Kane's base.
    13. Your goal is to have them breach the defensive perimeter.
    14. Unlock the Juggernaut mobile artillery piece.
    15. Assign them to a battle group.
    16. Direct their fire manually at distant enemies.
    17. Expand to the northwestern tiberium field here.
    18. Build a few Zone Troopers, a couple of Mammoths, a Surveyor, and some APCs, including one with an Engineer inside of it.
    19. After they are assembled, move the group up north.
    20. Plant the Surveyor near the field.
    21. Build another refinery and war factory.
    22. Use a couple Mammoths to help defend the area.
    23. Do not head too far east to avoid the Obelisks of Light.
    24. Build a Space Command Uplink.
    25. Build an Ion Cannon Control Center.
    26. Once it is built, work your way into the base for a final assault.
    27. Launch the assault from the northwest expansion.
    28. Send in a large group of 20 or so Mammoths.
    29. Take out the Obelisks of Light near the northern entrance to the Temple with the Ion Cannon.
    30. Move your Mammoths into the base via the gate at the bottom of the ramp.
    31. Start destroying everything in your path.
    32. Kane will start a 10 minute nuke counter as soon as you enter the base.
    33. You need to destroy the nuke within the Ion Field Disruptor located closest to the temple itself to cancel the countdown.
    34. Sweep through the base with your Mammoths.
    35. Continue to destroy everything excep the bonus objective buildings marked in green.
    36. Build a commando at the main base.
    37. Assign him to a special group.
    38. Wait for the Avatars to get close to the base.
    39. Engage your Mammoths.
    40. Rocket your Commando at the Avatars.
    41. Once you’ve destroyed the factories and Ion Field Disruptors, load up a couple of APCs with engineers and capture the two remaining bonus objective buildings.
    42. Fire the Ion Cannon at Temple Prime to take it down.
