The Block Plan
Academic classes at Colorado College are organized by a unique system called The Block Plan. Under the system, students attend a single class at time for one month. The academic year is divided up into eight "Blocks", each of which are separated by a five day "Block Break" in which students are allowed to take a rest between classes.
