What is colon cancer?

Colon cancer is one of the most deadliy forms of cancer today. Although it can easily be detected through screenings and colonscopy, advanced stages of colon cancer are deadly. One of the treatments for colon cancer is the removal of major sections of the intestines. Colon cancer is more frequent in people who suffer from irritable bowel syndrom and Crohn's disease.
