This is an episode guide for watching college football on television. Most college football games are played on Saturdays each weekend in the fall. One nationally televised game airs Thursday nights on ESPN and a few other games air throughout the week. The college football season begins two to three weeks before the NFL, toward the end of August. The regular season continues through early December, and are then followed by the post-season, which consists of a series of bowl games that showcase the top 64 college teams in the country.
