Colin Walsh is one of two minors being tried as an adult in the beating death of a Mexican immigrant in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania. Walsh—age 17 at the time of the July 2008 incident—will be tried for third-degree murder and ethnic intimidation along with 16-year-old Brandon Piekarsky. The victim, Luis Ramirez, was an illegal immigrant with two children.

Planned Cover-up
During a preliminary hearing, witness Ben Lawson testified that the teens had been drinking heavily prior to the beating incident.
