Professional baseball player Cole Hamels and his wife, former Survivor contestant Heidi Strobel, welcomed their first child on October 8, 2009.
Strobel went into labor while Hamels was playing in the divisional series of the MLB Playoffs. He left the game after he was done pitching to head to the hospital and welcome his new son.
