In the Campaign Mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops, the Spectre submachine gun can be found while playing the Numbers mission. In the Multiplayer Mode of the game, players can unlock it when their characters reach level 41. http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Spectre_(weapon)
The Spectre is a SMG with a magazine capable to hold 30 rounds. If the player uses the Extended Magazine attachment, the weapon will carry up to 45 round. Other attachments for this submachine gun are: Red Dot Sight, Grip, Suppressor, Reflex Sight, ACOG Scope and Rapid Fire. The Spectre is an automatic weapon with low penetration. The recoil is also low; therefore this weapon can be used successfully in close and medium range combats. At long range, the Spectre inflicts low damage, however players can opt to use the Steady Aim perk and the Grip to increase the weapon’s effectiveness.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Spectre_(weapon)
The Spectre’s reload time is of 3 seconds and in the Multiplayer Mode of the game the weapon costs 2000 CoD points. What makes the Spectre a redoubtable weapon is its high rate of fire. This SMG can fire 937.5 rounds per minute and if the Rapid Fire perk is used the Spectre can fire 1250 rounds per minute.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Spectre_(weapon)
While in the Multiplayer Mode the Spectre can be a dangerous weapon, players will observe that in the Zombie Mode of the game, this SMG isn’t one of the greatest, especially because it has low damage against the zombies. The Spectre appears in Kino der Toten and Five.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Spectre_(weapon)
