In Call of Duty: Black Ops, the Skorpion is a submachine gun used especially by the Soviet Armed Forces and Viet Congs, if the game is played in the Campaign Mode. In the Multiplayer Mode, this weapon is unlocked when the character reaches level 7. The Skorpion also appears in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Mobilized.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Skorpion
In Call of Duty: Black Ops, the Skorpion has a rate of fire of 750 rounds per minute. With low penetration and low recoil, this SMG is useful in close-ranged fights; however the weapon can carry only 20 rounds in the normal magazine. Players can opt to attach the extended magazine and the Skorpion will be able to carry up to 30 rounds per magazine. To reload it, the character needs 3.2 seconds, but one of the strong points of this weapon is that it can be dual wielded. Additional attachments that can be used with the Skorpion are the Suppressor, the Grip and the Rapid Fire.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Skorpion
The Skorpion isn’t available in the Zombie Mode of the game, and in the Multiplayer Mode, this weapon costs 2000 CoD Points. In this mode it is recommended to use the Skorpion with the Scavenger perk. Sleight of Hand can also be used with the Skorpion, if the player can’t find the Extended Magazine attachment, but if the weapon has the Extended Magazine, the Steady Aim perk is the best choice.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Skorpion
If the player uses the Skorpion and finds himself near an enemy, he will notice that this SMG is capable to kill a target with only 2 shots. http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Skorpion
