Released on November 9, 2010, Call of Duty: Black Ops is a first-person shooter video game and just like any other FPS it features various weapons. While some of these weapons appeared in other previous games of the Call of Duty series, Treyarch, the developer of the game also introduced some new weapons. One of these weapons is the Kiparis, a submachine gun used by the Soviet Armed Forces in the Single-player Mode of the game.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Kiparis
The Kiparis appears in the mission known as Numbers. It is an automatic weapon with medium penetration and it is capable to fire 937.5 rounds per minute. The reload time is of 2.65 seconds and the normal magazine can hold 20 rounds. If the magazine is extended, the weapon can carry up to 30 rounds. In the Multiplayer Mode of the game, the Kiparis is unlocked only after the player buys all the submachine guns available in the game. In other words, the player won’t have access to the Kiparis until the character reaches level 41. This submachine gun can be used with the following attachments: Dual Wield, Reflex, Extended Magazine, ACOG Scope, Grip, Suppressor, Red Dot Sight and Rapid Fire. http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Kiparis
Since the Kiparis is a submachine gun, the player will observe that at long-range the weapon inflicts low damage; however used in close combats with one of the attachments available for it, the Kiparis can become a redoubtable weapon.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Kiparis
Mahalo’s Video Games Team created a series of educational videos for each weapon available in Call of Duty: Black Ops. These videos were posted and YouTube, and players can watch them and learn how to use each weapon correctly.
